Lance Silverman, MD
Specialty: Foot & Ankle Surgery
Dr. Silverman is a skilled orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon practicing in the state of Minnesota. Since 2004 he has owned and operated Silverman Ankle & Foot – based out of Edina. He received his medical degree in 1996 from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and completed his surgical internship and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. Dr. Silverman is a board-certified member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. He is also an active supporter of the Twin Cities Maimonides Society and chairs the state branch of Our Hearts to Your Soles, a national nonprofit organization that provides free medical foot screening examinations and shoes to the less fortunate people of Minnesota.

Stefano Sinicropi, MD
Specialty: Spine Surgery
Dr. Sinicropi is a premier spinal neurosurgeon consistently recognized as one of the country’s go-to experts when it comes to minimally invasive spine surgery. Currently he works acts as CEO of the Midwest Spine & Brain Institute. He attended Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons Medical School and then completed a combined Research and Clinical Residency at Columbia University’s Presbyterian Hospital. After residency he sub-specialized in Spinal Surgery through successful completion of the Kenton D. Leatherman Spinal Fellowship at the University of Louisville. Dr. Sinicropi has one of the largest and most successful spine surgery practices in Minnesota because of his reputation of giving the patient real answers about their back pain.

Timothy Felton, DPM
Specialty: Podiatry
Dr. Felton works at Twin Cities Foot & Ankle Clinic. He is a Fellow of the American College of Ankle Surgeons and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center and Hine’s Veteran Hospital, both located in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Felton specializes in reconstructive surgery and has had extensive training in surgery of the foot and ankle joint, utilizing the latest arthroscopic procedures. He serves as a team physician for the South St. Paul High School and Hamline University, where he specializes in sports injuries. He is a provider of foot care for Sole Care for Souls, a non-profit health organization that works with the homeless population throughout the Twin Cities, and he has lectured at Diabetic Conferences throughout the Twin Cities. Glenn Buttermann, MD

Dr. Buttermann specializes in the treatment of youth and adult scoliosis and complex deformity evaluation and surgery as well as minimally invasive spinal procedures. He is also well known for his extensive work in the medical research world. He has in-depth experience with disc replacement and motion preservation for degenerative, trauma and deformity conditions. In his spare time, Dr. Buttermann enjoys skiing, travel abroad, cycling and sailing with his family.

David Chang, MD, PhD, DABNS

Dr. David Chang is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon who joined Midwest Spine & Brain Institute in 2015. He received his M.D. and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at the Mount Sinai Hospital, and his neurosurgical fellowship at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. Dr. Chang began his career as a neurosurgeon at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. He has also practiced at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth, Rochester Brain & Spine, and (most recently) Baptist Hospital in Columbus, MS.

Daniel Hanson, MD

Dr. Daniel Hanson is a native of Minnesota and has been practicing as a spine surgeon since 2004. Dr. Hanson provides clinical assessment and treatment for all patients with spine pathology and works closely with patients to provide the most effective treatment plan.
Dr. Hanson developed and honed his expertise in spinal care while completing a Fellowship in spine surgery at Spine Surgery, PSC in Louisville, Kentucky and with the Indiana Spine Group in Indianapolis. Dr. Hanson completed his medical degree at the University of Minnesota and his residency in orthopedic surgery at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Louis Saeger, MD

Dr. Saeger is a Board-certified specialist in Pain Management and Anesthesiology, and joined Advanced Spine and Pain Clinics of MN as a partner in 2015. Dr. Saeger’s practice is focused on state-of-the-art interventional and minimally invasive techniques for diagnosis and management of pain. Since entering private practice in 1986, Dr. Saeger has been increasingly focused on the diagnosis and treatment of spine-related conditions, and he continues to train in advanced, cutting-edge approaches to minimally invasive treatments for spine and headache pain.
Mark Yamaguchi, MD
Specialty: Interventional Pain Medicine
Dr. Yamaguchi completed his Fellowship in Pain Medicine at Indiana University and his Anesthesiology Residency Program at the University of Illinois-Chicago. He is an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Board of Anesthesology, and currently works as the Physician Leader of North Memorial’s Comprehensive Pain Management Center. Dr. Yamaguchi was named a 2014 Best Doctor by Minnesota Monthly Magazine.
Inell Rosario, MD
Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)
Dr. Rosario is a Minnesota ENT doctor who recently opened Andros ENT & Sleep Center in Inver Grove Heights. She specializes in treating patients with all manner of ear, nose, throat, and sleep conditions. Dr. Rosario was born and raised on the island Andros in the Bahamas. She received her BA from Macalester College in 1987 before attending Med School at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. After school, Dr. Rosario completed her internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified in Otolaryngology head and neck surgery, as well as sleep medicine. When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Rosario enjoys exercising, basketball, and participating in Mission work. She is married with two children.
Joshua Yorgason, MD
Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)
Dr. Yorgason feels it is important to discover the true cause of patients’ hearing loss, and enjoys helping them find creative solutions to rehabilitate their hearing. He uses the most advanced techniques for hearing restoration surgery, including preserving residual hearing during cochlear implantation. He takes a balanced approach, recommending traditional medical and surgical treatments and is open to considering patients’ alternative therapies to help them return to wellness. He also performs sinus procedures, including officebased balloon sinuplasty, and is currently developing similar techniques for treatment of ear and eustachian tube disorders.
Pratap K. Reddy, MD
Specialty: Urology
Dr. Reddy has been practicing Urology in the Twin Cities for more than 20 years. Currently he practices at Urology Associates, and has extensive experience in all aspects of adult urology and urologic surgery. He has a special interest in urologic oncology, and reconstructive surgery, and is one of the pioneers for the fields of endourology (a minimally invasive surgical procedure) and neobladders. Dr. Reddy has published over 100 articles in peer reviewed journals and contributed over 20 chapters to urologic textbooks.
Robby Sikka, MD
Specialty: Anesthesia
Robby Sikka is a board-certified anesthesiologist with Anesthesia Management Solutions (AMS). Robby specializes in orthopedic and regional anesthesia and has an interest in clinical outcomes research, technology, and analytics. Robby also serves as the lead clinical research scientist and is on the clinical faculty at TRIA Orthopaedic Center and serves as a consultant to the National Football League, National Basketball Players Association, and the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Washington Wizards in the area of sports science, research, analytics, and epidemiology. Robby attended the University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate studies and USC Keck School of Medicine in Los Angeles for medical school. After graduating with honors from both schools, Robby completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Minnesota. He was named a Rising Star in Anesthesiology by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine in 2016.
